· In charge of day-to-day accounting operations by reviewing daily journal entries in Xero
· Control and collaborate with other department to ensure collection of receivables
· Actively involved in month-end closing process, while ensuring all revenue and costs incurred were properly recorded
· Prepare account balance reconciliations in monthly basis and variance analysis
· Produce statutory month-end Financial Statements including Balance Sheet, P/L, and Cash Flow Analysis
· Consolidate liquidity plan from all projects and reflect on weekly cash flow forecast to the Regional Office
· Liaise with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance
· Participate in the ongoing development/establishment various areas of operational AR strategies, accounting policy based on applicable standards, and Travel-Entertainment procedures.
· Supervising team members as well as evaluating the staff based on working performance and optimizing team to be more effective and efficient
· Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Country Finance Manager and Regional Finance Control.
· Minimum 3 years of experience as Accountant or 2 years as an auditor with financial reporting exposure is highly required
· Big Four accounting firm experience is preferable
· Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting , having Chartered Accountant is preferred
· Competent in operating accounting system (Xero is a plus) and understand full cycle of closing process
· Strong written and communications skills (Bahasa and English)
· Knowledge of IFRS or local GAAP, SOX or other local compliance equivalent
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with the attitude to go extra-miles to deliver value for organization.
