Job description for Senior Accountant (Canggu) at PT STAYS CASA DEL BALI
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting for two companies using Xero
* - Record daily financial transactions, petty cash, and cash sales
* - Manage accounts payable and prepare supplier payments
* - Reconcile bank accounts, sales, and financial transactions
* - Monitor weekly cash flow, including cash inflows and outflows
* - Prepare monthly payroll and service charge calculations based on attendance records- Prepare monthly tax calculations and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations- Prepare monthly financial reports and Corporate Income Tax
* - Monitor Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), gross profit margins, and overall business profitability
* - Maintain accurate financial records and support management with financial analysis and reporting Requirements
* - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* - Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
* - Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Excel
* - Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll, and Indonesian taxation
* - Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and able to work independently
* - High level of integrity and confidentiality
* - Fluent English (written and spoken); Bahasa Indonesia"
