Senior Account Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee project sales activities, including client acquisition, account management, and relationship building.
2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction, civil engineering, architectural, and building materials industries.
3. Create and deliver presentations to communicate project and product details to clients and stakeholders.
4. Possesses a detailed understanding of product specifications and the ability to tailor explanations to meet client needs.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and provide client feedback to improve products and services.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals through proactive sales efforts and effective client engagement.
8. Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets.
9. Creating and understanding Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and tender’s document.

Requirements:

1. Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and a passion for sales.
2. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Mechanical, or Electrical fields, Marketing Communication, or relevant.
3. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the architectural, civil, building materials, construction, or mechanical/electrical industries.
4. Having experience handle corporate account non government sector.
5. Having extensive networking, and consultant network construction related.
6. Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) are highly preferred.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and capable of creating professional presentations.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build relationships.
9. Driven, target-oriented, and enthusiastic about achieving sales goals.
10. Possess a valid driver’s license and ability to commute or travel as needed.
11. Strong computer literacy and the willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new products and technologies.
12. Based in Jakarta – Tangerang
