Senior Account Manager
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll oversee the successful planning and execution of digital projects including websites, SEO, and online advertising ensuring that every initiative runs smoothly, on time, and within scope.
You’ll act as the bridge between strategy, creative, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, structured workflows, and high-quality outcomes across multiple clients and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage digital projects (Mostly Websites, Online Advertisings, and/SEO) from conception to completion.
- Serve as the connector between clients, teams, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and vision alignment.
- Manage multiple client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Oversee project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and resolve challenges.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively.
- Prepare and deliver project updates, reports, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Foster long-term client relationships by understanding business needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, account management, or a related role in a Digital Marketing Agency
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, online advertising, and website production
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira).
