Job description for Senior Account Manager at PT Lifty Media Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing directors, brand managers, media planners, procurement teams, and business owners.
- Present and pitch advertising solutions, including elevator advertising, digital media, KOL marketing, PR, outdoor media, and integrated campaigns.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, media plans, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing and payment collection.
- Develop strategic account plans for key clients and maximize long-term business opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations, design, and project teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports through CRM systems.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in Outdoor Advertising (OOH), Media, Advertising Agency, Digital Media, or Marketing Services.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian advertising and media landscape.
- Existing network of brand clients, media agencies, and corporate decision-makers is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling media inventory, advertising solutions, sponsorships, or integrated marketing services.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
