Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for build and maintain strong relationships with existing/new clients by understanding their business needs, ensuring satisfaction, and addressing any concerns promptly to foster long-term partnerships.
- The day-to-day tasks of the role will include creating strategic account plans, monitoring on-going business project end-to-end, be the first layer of customer interface, and identifying new business or solution opportunities to grow the company's revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Sales or Account Management in the IT industry.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a strong advantage.
- Strong customer service, communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of IT solutions and services.
- Analytical, problem-solving skills to identify business growth oppotunities and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
