Senior Account Manager

We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Account Manager to join our team. Leading our clients through our projects, we’re looking for someone who has a proven track record of leading long-term accounts and building outstanding client relationships. Alongside this, you will need to have a really strong understanding of project management methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Translate the client’s vision and needs into business requirements, coordinate with project teams on required deliverables, and proactively manage client expectations
• Set priorities, organize workstreams, and assume responsibility for assigned projects
• Develop, maintain and/or review weekly and monthly status reports
• Manage various elements of production across the digital marketing spaces
• Develop strong relationships with clients across various disciplines, as well as with your agency counterparts
• Supervises and provides appropriate direction to the team Account Executive

Requirements:

• At least 8-10 years of client servicing experience in a digital or creative agency. Experience of working on Integrated Campaigns from brief to execution
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Website, and Analytics
• Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines
• Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail
• Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills
• The confidence to interact with clients and make presentations
