About Data Arts Xperience:
We are digital advertising agency dealing with Big Data and Data Driven Marketing. We are a joint venture with D.A.Consortium in Japan and established in 2015. To expand our current business more, we are looking for new staffs.
We are looking for a professional and devoted Senior Account Manager for our Sales Department. As a Senior Account Manager, your responsibilities are to provide customer support and ensure long-term relationships with the customer. You will also be responsible to assist in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints. You should maintain a good and healthy relationship with our customers. You should listen to the client’s queries, handle client accounts and provide the best of the products and services offered by the company. You will be the primary point of contact between the company and the client. You should possess outstanding listening skills.
Job Responsibilities:
・Maintain healthy client relationships and building and maintaining long-term business relations with customers
・Communicating with customers to identify their requirements.
・Managing customer accounts and ensuring they remain satisfied with the company’s services and resolve customer complaints on a priority basis.
・Developing and implementing sales quotes for the sales team.
・Promoting company’s products and services and helping clients to make a purchase.
・Contacting customers and gathering feedback.
・Ensuring that the sales targets are met and discover new opportunities with existing clients.
・Supervising and coordinating daily activities and addressing customer queries and complaints.
・Train and mentor the staff members to maximize the sale.
Requirements:
・Writing, communication, and presentation skills in English, Bahasa Indonesia.
・Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
・Strong passions and interests in Marketing field, especially in data driven marketing, Big Data and AI etc.
・Proven work experience as a Senior Account Executive, Account Executive, Account Coordinator, Account Representative , or a similar role in the Sales industry
・Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
・Effective communication and negotiation skills.
・Ability to manage strict deadlines and stressful situations.
・Highly motivated individual.
・Having an eye for detail.
・Ability to offer excellent customer service.
・3+ year experience in digital marketing or equivalent experience.
・3+ year experience in a marketing area in advertising agency or brand’s marketing division or equivalent experience.
