Senior Account Executive

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assisting Senior Account Manager /Account Manager in supervising Account Executive/interns in day-to-day liaison with client/any third parties (if required).
• Lead AE in gaining insights for every action plan.
• Responsible for developing third party budgets (non-hourly based), production / execution timeline, and ensuring if any legal documents are secured, approved by the Managing Director.
• Assisting Account Manager & Managing Director in client farming, and new business pitch, especially in insights gaining.
• Establishing relations with clients.

Requirements:

• Have a background in working at an advertising / public relations / digital agency as Account Executive
• Have a minimum 2 years of experience in this field
• An active social media content consumer and have a great understanding regarding social media / digital trends.
• Experience in creating reports & analysis
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, including Public Speaking.
• Experience in developing proposal (budgeting and creative / strategic presentation)
• Strong personal time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a team and independently
• Comfortable in leading a team
• Knowledge of current lifestyle & sports trends is a big plus!
• Bachelor degree in communication, marketing, or business.
