Job Description – Senior Account Executive
As a Senior Account Executive, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that client needs are effectively translated into strategic plans and seamless execution.
This role focuses on client relationship management, business development, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and build long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities to drive company revenue growth
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs
- Lead negotiations and drive deals to closure
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee projects from initial briefing through to final delivery
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently achieved
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales or Account Executive roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
