Job Summary
As a Senior Account Executive, you will act as a strategic business partner for clients by understanding their business challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending impactful digital marketing solutions. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure project success while driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients.
- Conduct business discovery sessions to identify client challenges, goals, and growth opportunities.
- Develop strategic digital marketing recommendations aligned with clients' business objectives.
- Lead client presentations, business reviews, and solution pitching.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to Junior Account Executives in prospecting, client relationship management, and account growth initiatives.
- Understand and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, Website, and Content Marketing) to deliver data-driven strategic recommendations to clients
- Monitor campaign performance and communicate strategic insights to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
- Resolve client concerns proactively while maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and account documentation through CRM.
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company's business growth initiatives.
- Mentor and support junior Account Executives when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, Business Development, Client Partner, or related role.
- Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, or Consulting Firm is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing strategies and business consulting principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business challenges into strategic solutions.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Familiar with CRM platforms and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding B2B sales and revenue targets.
- Ability to lead and ensure seamless execution of the agency's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the transition of projects from Business Development to Operations, ensuring service quality and operational excellence.
