Job description for Senior Account Executive at Maia Digital Network
Your Role:
- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
- Handle and coordinate corporate social media accounts, including content planning, execution, and reporting.
- Work closely with Creative & Social Media teams to develop content that is relevant, engaging, and aligned with the brand.
- Support PR and corporate communication activities, including media relations, press materials, and campaign coordination.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and relevant industry conversations.
- Review content before it goes to clients, ensuring the copy, visual, and overall execution are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and feedback between clients and internal teams.
- Keep track of project progress and make sure everything is delivered on time.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience as Account Executive, Account Management, Social Media, PR, or related roles, preferably in a creative/digital agency.
- Familiar with managing corporate social media accounts.
- Have a good understanding of social media content, trends, and platform behavior.
- Experience or strong familiarity with PR and corporate communication.
- Have a good visual sense and understand how to maintain brand consistency based on visual guidelines.
- Able to review and give feedback on both copy and visual content.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple projects.
- Able to work collaboratively with Creative, Social Media, PR, and other internal teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
