About the role :
Wiliing to work with minimum supervision at Gamal Men Creative Agency, Tendem Studio. The main duty will be helping to create proposals and pitch decks, handling day-to-day client communications and ensuring our projects run within the right scope of work, time and budget.
Responsibilities :
- Approaching Potential Clients with cold outreach
- Prepare pitches and proposals with strategy and business proposals based on client's requirements
- Presenting the campaign ideas, creative work and budget to clients for approval or adjustments
- Being accountable for client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborating closely with clients to keep a tight feedback loop and aligned objectives
Requirements :
- Minimum 2-3 years Experience as Account Executive/ Sales preferred from digital agency or a creative company
- Professionally proficient in English & Indonesian writing.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and fast pace.
- Understand branding and marketing concepts.
- Dynamic, confident, self-starter with strong team player spirit and results-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks within different projects at the same time.
- Ability to provide fast and clear responses to internal and external stakeholders.
- Passionate in building relationships with people, both our team members & our clients.
- Having a strong business acumen is a plus.
