Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned clients.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.
- Understand clients' business objectives and provide relevant recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Account Management or Client Service
- Excellent presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Familiar with ads reporting (deck and Lookerstudio) and understanding dashboard metrics (Google, META, TikTok).
- Familiar to manage Ads Performance & Social Media management service with tight timeline.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
