Responsibilities 🎯:
1. Handle all administrative correspondence, including letters, emails, and internal messages in an accurate and timely manner.
2. Manage petty cash, cash withdrawals, payment settlements, and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
3. Manage incoming and outgoing calls, provide professional responses, and perform timely follow-ups as needed.
4. Organize meeting rooms, prepare necessary materials, take minutes, and ensure proper documentation and distribution.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in all major, Secretarial Studies or Administrative Science is preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Corporate Secretary.
3. Well-groomed and professional appearance.
4. Fluent in English, both spoken and written (able to communicate smoothly).
5. Highly enthusiastic, energetic, proactive, well-motivated, and service-oriented.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
