Job Descriptions
Academic Administration & Accreditation
- Assist the Head of Study Program in preparing plans and work programs.
- Manage academic and administrative documents related to accreditation (BAN-PT, LAMEMBA) and Dikti regulations.
- Provide and manage a database of tridharma (three pillars of higher education) activities conducted by lecturers and student databases for KRS (Course Registration System) and LMS (Learning Management System) needs.
- Maintain and organize academic and secretarial document archives.
- Coordinate internal program activities and communications, including correspondence with the Campus Secretariat.
Academic Monitoring & Evaluation
- Monitor the implementation of the teaching and learning process and curriculum evaluation, particularly in the FinTech concentration.
- Assist in developing quality standards for the study program based on SPMI (Internal Quality Assurance System) evaluations.
- Support the Head of the Study Program in monitoring violations within the academic community.
- Oversee the implementation of academic and operational policies in accordance with campus regulations.
- Engage in problem-solving and coordinate academic activities within the Digital Business faculty group.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a liaison between the Head of Study Program and Homebase Lecturers.
- Conduct regular meetings with the academic team and internal study program members.
- Attend regular meetings with the Academic, HR, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as an alternate representative of the study program in meetings with external partners (AFTECH, industry associations, etc.).
- Assist in preparing reports on activities coordinated under the study program.
Development & Recruitment
- Develop stock market/digital investment laboratories.
- Participate in lecturer recruitment together with HR and the Head of Study Program.
- Support academic collaboration initiatives, such as curriculum book development and study program certification listings.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Master’s (S2) or Doctoral (S3) degree in Management, Digital Business, or other relevant fields from globally recognized domestic or overseas university
- Proven track record of relevant research and international publications.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a lecturer, preferably with experience in academic management at the program level.
- Experienced in developing curricula based on Outcome-Based Education (OBE).
- Demonstrated contributions to community service and collaborative research with institutions or industries.
- Familiar with higher education policies and regulations in Indonesia, including BAN-PT/LAMEMBA accreditation standards.
- Experience working in the digital business industry, startups, or having an entrepreneurial background.
- Strong understanding of the digital business industry, particularly in the FinTech sector.
- Ability to systematically and efficiently prepare administrative documentation.
- Strong networking skills within the digital business ecosystem.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
