SECRETARY
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
• Manage the BOD work schedule
• Coordinate and facilitate meeting (agenda preparation, minutes, & schedule)
• Correspondence (administration of letter and messages)
• Handle documentation needs for Expatriate
• Daily report to BOD (deadline document, Management attendance, sales update, etc.)
• Processing and gathering sales data
QUALIFICATIONS :
• English is a MUST
• Max. 32 years old
• Minimum Diploma education in all majors
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Strong in administration and data management
• High levels of attention to detail
• Discipline, Good appearance (friendly, manners, and polite)
• Have an enthusiastic, energetic attitude, high initiative and motivation, and a spirit of service
• Interpersonal and communications skill
