Job description for Sekretaris / Personal Assistant at MCS Machinery (PT Multi Cipta Solusindo)

Job description:

  • Provide a comprehensive administrative support to the Business Director of the organization. This role is crucial to ensure a smooth operation of the BD's office and daily activities.
  • Key responsibilities may include:
    • Documentation: Prepare and organize documents, reports, quotations, etc., and manage and organize files efficiently
    • Meetings: Assist in coordinating meetings, take meeting minutes & compile action items, and ensure these action items are followed through together with the office team.
    • Scheduling: Track the progress of inquiries and prioritize them effectively
    • Special Projects: Assist the BD in special (non-ordinary) projects & initiatives by conducting research, compiling information, and preparing documentation.
    • Confidentiality: Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience as secretary or administrative role preferred
  • Proven excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English (min. CEFR C1)
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office) and relevant business tools
  • Proficiency in social media, design software (Photoshop, Illustrator) or WordPress preferred
  • General knowledge in any of the following topics preferred: machinery, GMP, or pharmaceutical, herbal, cosmetics, and F&B industries
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
  • Proactive, adaptable, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as a team in an efficient manner
  • The location of this job is Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
