Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Menyiapkan, menyusun, dan mengarsipkan dokumen, surat-menyurat, notulen rapat, serta laporan yang diperlukan.
  • Menangani komunikasi perusahaan kepada klien, mitra bisnis, media, dan stakeholder.
  • Mewakili perusahaan dalam acara, meeting, pameran, maupun kegiatan networking.
  • Membantu menyusun materi presentasi, company profile, press release, atau konten komunikasi perusahaan.
  • Mengatur dan mengoordinasikan penyelenggaraan meeting, event perusahaan, dan kunjungan tamu.

Kualifikasi :

  • Minimal Diploma (D3) atau Sarjana (S1) dari jurusan Sekretaris, Ilmu Komunikasi, Public Relations, Administrasi Bisnis, atau jurusan terkait.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun sebagai Secretary, Executive Assistant, Public Relations, atau posisi serupa dan masih bekerja.
  • Memiliki kemampuan public speaking yang sangat baik dan percaya diri saat berbicara di depan umum.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang sangat baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris.
  • Terampil mengelola jadwal, administrasi, serta memiliki kemampuan multitasking yang baik.
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) dan Google Workspace.
  • Bersedia menghadiri meeting atau event perusahaan di luar kantor apabila diperlukan.
