Requirement
- Must have a valid Garda Pratama certificate
- Previous experience as Security is preferred
- English communication skills are preferred
- Good attitude, professional appearance, and strong sense of responsibility
- Physically fit and able to work in shifts
- Able to remain calm and responsive in emergency situations
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Maintain safety and security within the premises
- Monitor entrances, exits, and surrounding areas
- Conduct regular patrols and safety inspections
- Assist guests and staff professionally and respectfully
- Respond quickly to incidents and emergencies
- Handle incidents and emergencies professionally and efficiently
- Support operational activities to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
