QUALIFICATIONS

1. A minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) qualification or equivalent.
2. A minimum height of 170 cm.
3. At least one year of relevant experience in security or protective services is preferred.
4. A valid Gada Pratama certificate and Security Guard Identification Card (KTA Satpam) are required.
5. Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
6. A well-groomed, neat, clean, and professional appearance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Access and Traffic Control: Regulate and monitor the movement of people, vehicles, and goods entering and leaving the workplace to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
• Access Point and Identity Verification: Maintain access control points, verify identification, and ensure that only authorised individuals are granted access to the premises.
• Security Patrols and Threat Prevention: Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to identify potential security risks at an early stage and prevent theft, vandalism, and other security threats.
• Asset and Personnel Escort: Provide security escorts for the transportation of cash, valuable goods, or personnel to ensure their safety throughout the journey.
• Emergency Response and Incident Scene Management: Act as the first responder to emergency situations, such as fires or accidents, and secure the incident scene until the relevant authorities arrive.
• Rule Enforcement and Service Excellence (5S): Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations while consistently applying the principles of Smile, Greeting, Acknowledgement, Courtesy, and Respect when interacting with employees and visitors.
• Asset Protection and Operational Reporting: Safeguard company assets, including buildings, machinery, and documents; monitor the movement of incoming and outgoing goods; and accurately document and report daily security activities.
