Security staff
General Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Officer in a hotel, villa, resort, serviced residence, or hospitality environment.
- Hold a valid Gada Pratama Certificate preferred.
- Good understanding of security procedures, emergency response, and incident reporting.
- Able to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, residents, visitors, and team members.
- Strong observation skills with the ability to respond calmly and professionally in emergency situations.
- Physically fit, disciplined, and able to patrol the property as required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
