Job Description

Melaksanakan pengamanan area perusahaan (akses masuk/keluar, perimeter, dan aset)
Melakukan pemeriksaan tamu, kendaraan, dan barang sesuai prosedur
Mengawasi aktivitas karyawan dan pihak eksternal di area pabrik
Melakukan patroli rutin untuk memastikan kondisi aman dan kondusif
Menangani situasi darurat (kebakaran, kehilangan, gangguan keamanan)
Mengoperasikan CCTV dan sistem keamanan lainnya
Membuat laporan kejadian dan aktivitas harian (log book)
Menegakkan peraturan perusahaan terkait keamanan dan ketertiban

Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat
Memiliki sertifikat pelatihan Security (Gada Pratama diutamakan)
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai security (di manufaktur lebih disukai)
Memahami prosedur keamanan dan K3 (Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja)
Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan tegas
Memiliki fisik yang sehat dan stamina yang baik
Disiplin, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab
Bersedia bekerja shift (termasuk malam dan hari libur)
