- Experience: minimum of 2 years in the hospitality industry at international luxury hotel, villas or resort.
- Education: relevant educational background or a related field.
- Skills: leadership and team-building skills, strategic thinking, address and resolve team challenges and conflict, a proven track record in managing high-end properties, oversee Departmental budget and resource allocation.
- Personality: a true ambassador of hospitality with exceptional communication skills and a hands-on approach to management
