Job description for Security Staff at Uluwatu Sunset Hills
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry.
- Possess a valid KTA Security and preferably Gada Pratama certification.
- Physically fit and in good health.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate politely and professionally with guests and staff.
- Able to handle emergency situations and security incidents calmly and appropriately.
- Knowledge of basic security procedures, access control, and surveillance systems (CCTV).
- Able to conduct regular patrols and monitor hotel premises.
- Disciplined, responsible, honest, alert, and reliable.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to speak basic English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a hotel, villa, resort, or other hospitality environment is preferred.
- Willing to work in Uluwatu area.
