Job description for Security Operations & Monitoring at Pt Wowrack Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Monitor system and security events from various sources, including network devices, operating systems, and applications.
- First level of Identify, analyze, report, and escalate issues promptly according to the established procedures.
- Create report and timeline document of the incidents and resolutions.
- Collaborate with related departments to resolve issues and improve monitoring process.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in system and security monitoring.
- Strong attention in analytics and observational skill.
- High level of discipline and the ability to perform repetitive tasks diligently.
- Basic understanding in IT system infrastructure and cybersecurity.
- Proficient in English
- Willing to work in Surabaya and shift-based schedule, including weekend, and holidays.
- Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g. CC ISC2, Comptia Security+, etc)
