1. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK.

2. Pengalaman minimal 6 bulan sebagai security hotel , mall, rumah sakit.

3. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.

4. Pria, 21 - 35 tahun.

5. Wajib memiliki sertifikat Gada Pratama, atau KTA (atau sertifikat pengalaman Security).

6. Sehat jasmani dan rohani (memiliki surat keterangan).

7. Disipin, jujur, bertanggung jawab, teliti, sigap, dan professional.

8. Dapat mengendarai mobil dan motor (memiliki SIM lebih disukai).

9. Memiliki etos kerja yang tinggi.

10. Memiliki kemampuan fisik yang cukup.

11. Domisili Semarang.

12. Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shifting (termasuk hari libur/libur nasional).
