As a growing restaurant, we are looking for reliable and responsible team members to support our daily operations.
Job Description
* Maintain the safety and security of guests, staff, and restaurant property.
* Monitor the restaurant area, entrance, parking area, and surrounding environment.
* Assist with guest and vehicle flow, including parking arrangements when needed.
* Conduct regular security checks around the restaurant.
* Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, or security concerns.
* Monitor staff and operational access according to restaurant procedures.
* Coordinate with the Operations Team regarding security and operational matters.
* Maintain a professional, friendly, and respectful attitude when interacting with guests and staff.
* Prepare daily security reports and report any incidents to the management.
Requirements
* Must have a valid SIM A.
* Previous experience as Security, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, hospitality, or similar environment.
* Physically fit, disciplined, alert, and responsible.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations.
* Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
* Good attitude and able to work as part of a team.
* Having a valid security certification (Gada Pratama) is an advantage.
