Pendidikan minimal SMA atau sederajat
Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Satpam atau Security
Memiliki Ijazah Gada Pratama dan KTA Aktif
Sehat jasmani dan rohani
Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik
Mengerti tentang teknik keamanan dan memiliki pengetahuan tentang hal-hal terkait tindakan kriminal
Mampu untuk membuat laporan terkait dengan situasi keamanan
Dapat bekerja sama dengan team
