Job description for Section Head Warehouse at Pt Kamadjaja Logistics
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Section Head Warehouse to join our team in Medan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and maintaining outbound and inbound deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound operational activities, storage, and arrangement within the warehouse management system.
- Manage the operational team's performance to ensure consistent and timely achievement of established targets.
- Coordinate daily cycle count processes and stock takes every six months with customers.
- Ensure operational team reports and performance comply with SOPs and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in a logistics or forwarding company. Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in the FMCG sector is a plus.
- Experience with SAP or WMS.
- Proficient in Ms. Excel (especially pivot tables, SUMIF, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP).
- Demonstrated strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Based in Medan.
