Job description for Section Head Marketing Communication at PT Buana Triarta

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Melakukan riset dan analisa marketing terkait tren produk, market, dan kompetitor
Mengembangkan dan merancang konsep dan materi yang diperlukan untuk mendukung pelaksanaan pemasaran, press release, serta artikel untuk dipublikasikan melalui berbagai media sesuai dengan brand dan target audiens perusahaan
Berkoordinasi dengan Marketing Manager untuk penyusunan sales tools yang relevan dengan kebutuhan pasar untuk mendukung aktivitas Tim Sales
Memantau dan memastikan proses pembuatan materi marketing campaign maupun komunikasi eksternal yang dilakukan oleh tim Visual Designer selaras dengan brand guideline
Memantau pengelolaan situs web dan media sosial perusahaan diperbaharui sesuai marketing campaign
Mengawasi penyusunan sustainability report/ laporan berkelanjutan yang sesuai dengan standar dan regulasi

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan, diutamakan jurusan marketing
Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun posisi Section Head Marketing (menjadi nilai tambah pada industri manufaktur kayu)
Memiliki pengalaman dalam mengembangkan brand strategy dan mengelola event marketing
Memiliki pengalaman dalam menerapkan marketing campaign dan marketing activation strategy
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan networking yang kuat
Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan serta critical & strategic thinking
