Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major (Engineering or Management background is preferred).
- Proven experience as a Management Representative in a manufacturing company (experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred).
- Hands-on experience in implementing and auditing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949.
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and planning capabilities.
- Holding a certified auditor license/certificate (e.g., Lead Auditor) is a strong advantage.
- Must be available for an in-person interview and able to join immediately (ASAP).
Job description:
- Lead, mentor, and elevate the manufacturing Management Representative team.
- Develop, implement, monitor and continuously improve the company’s management systems, including ISO standards, SOPs, and internal policies.
- Ensure all Company operations comply with established quality,safety, environment and compliance standards.
- Review and update all Company procedures to ensure alignment with ISO requirements and company management systems.
- Act as company primary liaison for internal and external auditors.
- Coordinate audits, quality inspections, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and present management system performance reports to the management team.
- Conduct employee training and awareness sessions related to management systems and compliance.
- Coordinate with certification bodies, auditors, customers and relevant external institutions as required.
