We are currently looking for a CEO Secretary / Executive Assistant who is highly organized, proactive, and committed to excellence to support the CEO in managing strategic business operations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, calendar, internal & external meetings, and business travel.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, meeting minutes, and ensure follow-ups are executed.
- Filter, organize, and present key information to support effective decision-making.
- Maintain communication across departments to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
- Track deadlines and assist in monitoring high-priority initiatives and deliverables.
- Handle confidential documents, correspondence, administration, and business communications.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional discretion.
- Provide other general support for CEO/Company activities.
📍 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Secretary supporting senior leadership.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and AI; capable of preparing professional-grade presentations.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working closely with top management.
- Based in Jakarta and willing to work from the office.
