Requirements:
• Minimum D3 graduates majoring in secretary or relevant
• Minimum 5 year experience in personal assistant or secretary
• Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing in Indonesian.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and schedule management applications.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• High integrity with the ability to maintain the confidentiality of important information.
• Have good organizational skills and effective time management skills.
• Understand administrative tasks, including document archiving, agenda management, and professional report preparation.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to solve problems independently.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
Responsibilities:
• Schedule and provide reminders for the CEO, including meetings, events, business trips, and other important activities.
• Compile, manage, and distribute documents, such as reports, meeting minutes, memos, and presentations in both Indonesian and English.
• Plan and organize the CEO's business trips, including tickets, accommodation, travel documents, and itineraries.
• Handle the CEO's administrative needs, such as storing and managing documents, and updating important data.
• Assist the CEO in compiling meeting agendas, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring that meeting results are followed up.
• Handle the CEO's personal needs, such as arranging private events, reservations, special purchases, and handling other personal needs of the CEO.
• Escort the CEO when traveling on business or other needs, ensuring that the trip runs smoothly and on time.
