Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree from Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Outlook, Ms. Teams).
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once with tight deadlines.
• Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities, with the ability to accommodate short notice requests when required.
• Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, active, diligent, and energetic.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Able to work effectively both individually and in a team.
• Able to join immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assisting Partners in arranging meetings, appointments and schedules.
• Making reservations for meeting rooms and coordinate related to meeting requirements.
• Performing duties, including but not limited to travel arrangements, attendance reports, document filling, drafting, checking, and finalizing documents.
• Review, format, and finalize documents in accordance with the Firm’s established standards, ensuring they are properly prepared and ready prior to submission to clients and/or other external parties.
• Collecting timesheets of the Partner and Associates.
• Doing correspondences to clients and/or other parties.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Partners, including attending to ad hoc requests and coordinating their daily requirements as needed.
