Job description for Secretary To Director at P3SM - Pusat Pembinaan Pelatihan dan Sertifikasi Mandiri
- Provide assistance and secretarial support on daily matters.
- Provide administrative support, coordination, reports, scheduling appointments, and maintaining confidential and other material for use by the BOD.
- Ensure all approval related to the director has been complied with and completed before being signed by the director.
- Responsible for correspondence and communication with an internal-external party.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma degree in Secretary or a related field.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels, from technical to management to Executive.
- Well-organized, attention to detail, time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy kind of person.
- Willing to work with a full-time WFO arranged and ready to be placed at Pluit, North Jakarta.
