We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary Board of Director to assist the Director with daily administrative tasks, communication, and coordination between internal and external parties. This role demands exceptional multitasking skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to ensure seamless daily operations.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English to facilitate smooth interaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong multitasking, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Have an ability of filling and administration management.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality performance.
- Placement : Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
Responsibility :
- Assist the Director in managing daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Coordinate communication between the Board of Directors, internal teams, and external parties.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation in an efficient and accessible manner.
- Prepare meeting agendas, Minutes of Meeting, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
