Requirements:
- A diploma or degree in Business/Marketing/Management or a related field is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
- Fluency in Mandarin (excellent written and verbal communication skills)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Having knowledge or experience in import processes is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal , ability in communication well or negotiation with customer and ability to build rapport with stakeholders
- A flexible and adaptable approach, able to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and be highly accurate with strong organizational and time management skills
Job Desc:
- Responsible for managing marketing activities
- Manage customer relationships, administration and documentations
- Conduct research and prepare reports and presentations as required
- Coordinating and minuting meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are completed
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless collaboration
- Build up relationship with customers
