Job description for SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHER FOR AY 2025/2026 at Kinderfield Highfield School Depok

Qualifications:

Available for working in the new Academic Year 2025/2026.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, major in Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, English, Bahasa Indonesia, Physical Education, Geography, Social Studies, Sociology, Business Studies, Economics, Art, Design Technology, Computer from reputable university.
Minimum 2 years experiences as the relevant subject teacher.
Preferably has teaching experience(s) in international curriculum (IGCSE, AS/A Level, or IB).
PASSIONATE in the subject applied.
Fluent and active English (min. TOEFL score: 550).
Familiar with Syllabus and able to make Lesson Plan.
Have good communication skill.
Computer literate.
Able to work in a team or independently
Willing to be placed in Depok, West Java.

Interview process

Here are the steps that will be followed by each applicant:

Step 1: CV screening will be carried out by the HRD Team of Kinderfield Highfield School Depok.

Step 2: HRD Team of Kinderfield Highfield School Depok will contact prospective applicants to fill out the application form for prospective employees after CV screening has been carried out.

Step 3: Online employment test (English, Mathematics & Profiling Test). This test will be given after the applicant confirms that they have filled out the employement application form via Google Form. Prepare your time and equipment i.e laptop/PC and internet connection to take part in this online test process.

Step 4: After being declared to have passed the online employment test selection. Applicants will take part in the micro teaching & interview session with the user and HRD. At this step, applicants will be called to come directly to the school.

Step 5: Announcement of employee acceptance and job offers.
