Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full academic and operational management of the Secondary School with measurable standards
- Build, develop, and consistently evaluate the performance of teachers and staff
- Foster a disciplined, collaborative, and results-oriented work culture
- Identify improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of meaningful change
- Drive the school's progression toward bilingual learning standards
- Build strategic communication bridges between parents, the team, and senior management
- Translate strategic plans into concrete, measurable execution on the ground
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or a related field
- 3–5 years of leadership experience (Coordinator/Vice Principal/Principal)
- English proficiency minimum active intermediate level (spoken & written)
- Demonstrated ability in execution, coaching, decision-making, and team management
- Results-driven, consistent, and able to work within defined targets
- High integrity and emotional maturity in leading a team
Nice to Have
- Teaching certification (Sertifikat Pendidik/NUKS)
- Experience in bilingual or international school settings
- Proven track record in school or unit development/transformation
- Adaptive, open, and team-growth-oriented leadership style
