- Basic HTML knowledge is a plus
- AI-assisted research and content optimization
Note: Candidates are not expected to master all of the tools above before joining. We value candidates who learn quickly, think logically, ask good questions, and can apply feedback.
What You Will Learn & Work On
During the internship, you may assist the DigiAgency SEO team with:
- Conducting keyword research for client websites.
- Analyzing search intent and competitor websites.
- Preparing SEO content briefs.
- Optimizing pages, articles, titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal links.
- Publishing and optimizing content in WordPress.
- Performing basic website SEO audits.
- Checking indexing and website performance in Google Search Console.
- Supporting technical SEO checks using tools such as Screaming Frog.
- Monitoring keyword rankings and organic performance.
- Updating SEO reports and internal spreadsheets.
- Researching new SEO strategies, tools, and Google Search developments.
- Supporting local SEO projects when required.
- Following DigiAgency's SEO SOPs and quality standards.

- Can explain their reasoning instead of only giving an answer.
- Are responsible with deadlines and remote working hours.
Work Setup
- Work location: Fully remote — Indonesia only
- Working style: Flexible working location and schedule, provided agreed working hours, deadlines, meetings, and responsibilities are fulfilled.
- Working hours: Approximately 126–147 hours/month
- Time tracking: Trackabi — daily clock in/out
- Task Management & CRM: Odoo
- Team Communication: Slack
- Virtual Office: Gather
- Website Platform: Primarily WordPress
Preferred, But Not Required
Having any of the following will be an advantage:
- Personal blog or website.
- Previous SEO course, bootcamp, internship, or university project.
- Experience writing articles or web content.
- Experience using WordPress.
- Experience with Google Search Console.
- Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Rank Math, or similar SEO tools.
- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS.
- Portfolio, case study, or personal SEO experiment.
You do not need professional SEO work experience to apply.
We care more about your learning ability, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to grow than the number of years on your CV.
