We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our team as:
📌 Sea Freight Duty Supervisor
🔹 Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
• Minimum 5 years experience in Export–Import / Freight Forwarding (Sea Freight)
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures (PIB, PEB, Manifest, LS, SPJM, SPPB)
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of transportation flow, cost control, and deadline management
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English
• PPJK Certification is an advantage
• Willing to work outside regular working hours if required
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage Sea Freight Import operations
• Review PIB drafts, surveyor reports, and shipping documents
• Coordinate with Customs, Shipping Lines, Vendors, Trucking, and Internal Teams
• Handle SPJM / NHI inspection processes and resolve operational issues
• Ensure smooth, accurate, and timely clearance & cargo delivery
• Maintain transportation and warehousing vendor data
• Prepare operational reports and administrative documentation
