Scrum Master
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experienced in managing and facilitating Scrum teams or projects.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks.
- Familiar with Agile tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Scrum/Agile certifications (PSM, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) are a plus.
Job Overview
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support effective sprint execution.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders.
- Identify and help resolve impediments impacting team delivery.
- Monitor sprint progress and support continuous improvement.
- Promote Agile best practices and a collaborative team culture.
