Job description for Scriptwriter at Tiga Satu Works

Requirements :
1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scriptwriter, Content Creator, or similar role
2. Experienced in conducting interviews with talents, clients, or other sources
3. Familiar with video production and content shooting processes
4. Able to create engaging storylines and strong video content concepts (short/long form)
5. Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance
6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
7. Available to work full-time on-site in Cipondoh, Tangerang
8. Can join June 2026.

Responsibilities
1. Handle end-to-end video content creation process, including:
a. Preparing interview guides
b. Conducting interviews
c. Creating storylines and content flow
d. Selecting and organizing footage for editing
2. Coordinate with supervisors, videographers, video editors, and other creative team members to produce high-quality content
3. Manage and monitor TikTok and YouTube platforms
4. Develop content ideas based on trends, audience behavior, and platform performance
5. Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s communication style and objectives
