Job description for SCM Sales at J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Identify, prospect, and develop potential customers for SCM, warehouse, and logistics solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, approach, presentation, negotiation, follow-up, and closing.
- Identify customer needs and prepare suitable service proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, service scope, and commercial terms with customers.
- Coordinate with internal operational teams to ensure customer requirements can be fulfilled.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and business development.
- Monitor customer revenue, cost, and profitability to support business growth.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business development targets.
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Business, Management, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in logistics, SCM, warehousing, or supply chain services.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to conduct prospecting, customer acquisition, negotiation, and closing.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good understanding of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain processes is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop suitable solutions.
- Willing to travel and meet customers as required.
