Role Overview
We are seeking a School & Community Engagement Officer to:
Promote and sell Nitibasa’s educational programmes to schools and community groups
Conduct demo classes, workshops, and presentations
Build and maintain relationships with school principals, teachers, and community leaders
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure programme delivery and target achievement
Track engagement, report activity, and gather feedback
Key Responsibilities
Visit schools and community groups to promote programmes
Prepare and lead demo classes and workshops
Follow up with schools and communities for enrolments
Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams on scheduling, materials, and KPI targets
Document activities and feedback from schools and communities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Persuasive, target-driven, and self-motivated
Experience in community engagement, education sales, or related field is advantageous
Able to work independently and in the field
Compensation & Commission (Performance-Based)
Observation period: minimum 2 weeks
Revenue-sharing based on programme completion:
Month 1: 10% after programme completion
Month 2: 15% after programme completion
Month 3: 20% after programme completion
Payment is commission-based only (no fixed salary)
