Position Overview
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and creative School Administrator to manage school administration, support government reporting (Dapodik & Dinas Pendidikan), and assist with school media and documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to support both operational and promotional activities of the school.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily school administrative operations and office activities
• Maintain and organize student records, teacher data, and school documentation
• Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and parent inquiries
• Assist in student registration, admissions, and enrollment documentation
• Manage and update Dapodik (Data Pokok Pendidikan) regularly and ensure data accuracy
• Prepare administrative reports and required documentation for Dinas Pendidikan
• Maintain school compliance documents, licensing, and administrative records
• Assist with tuition administration and payment records
• Support school management in operational coordination and scheduling
• Coordinate and support school events, meetings, and activities
• Design simple promotional materials such as posters, flyers, and announcements
• Support preparation of school social media content if needed
• Document school activities through photos and videos
• Edit basic photos and videos for school documentation and promotional use
• Organize and archive digital documentation of school activities
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, Communication, or related field
• Experience in school administration is preferred
• Familiar with Dapodik and reporting to Dinas Pendidikan
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
• Basic photo and video editing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
