Job Description
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions aligned with business processes.
- Configure, customize, and maintain SAP modules FICO (Finance & Controlling), MM (Materials Management), and/or SD (Sales & Distribution) based on project needs.
- Perform business process analysis, gap analysis, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to design and implement SAP solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user manuals.
- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution, and post-go-live support.
- Support SAP implementation, enhancement, migration, and system optimization projects.
- Manage communication with stakeholders to ensure project objectives and timelines are achieved.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as SAP Consultant in relevant modules (SAP FICO / MM / SD).
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes and module integration.
- Hands-on experience in SAP implementation, enhancement, or support projects (end-to-end project lifecycle preferred).
- Experienced in SAP configuration and customization based on business requirements.
- Familiar with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing functional documentation (BRD, FSD, test script, UAT documentation).
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- SAP certification is a plus.
