Job description for SAP CO Consultant at PT Digital Tech Asia

Position : SAP CO Functional Consultant

Employment Type : Contract – 12 Months (Extendable)

Work Scheme : Full Work From Office (WFO)

Placement : Cawang, Jakarta

Role Overview

Onbehalf our client in Contraction Compay, We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Functional Consultant to support enhancement and optimization of existing business processes within the SAP environment. This role will focus on SAP Controlling (CO) implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, integration, and operational support to ensure smooth and effective business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end SAP CO configuration based on business requirements.
Support enhancement initiatives for existing business processes.
Handle SAP CO master data setup and maintenance.
Manage and configure:
Allocation Cycle
Assessment & Distribution
Product Costing
Settlement Process
Analyze issues and provide SAP CO troubleshooting support.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams during implementation and support activities.
Ensure proper integration between SAP CO and other SAP modules such as FI, MM, PP, and SD.
Prepare functional specifications and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Support SAP closing activities and daily operational issues.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as an SAP CO Functional Consultant.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end SAP CO configuration.
Good understanding of finance and controlling business processes.
Hands-on experience in:

CO Configuration
Master Data Setup
Allocation Cycle
Assessment/Distribution
Costing
Settlement

Strong understanding of SAP CO integration with FI/MM/PP/SD modules.
Able to perform troubleshooting and issue analysis within SAP environments.
Basic understanding of SAP modules:

PP
PS
PM
QM
SD
HC/HCM

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing, construction, or ready-mix industries.
Involved in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
Familiar with SAP S/4HANA.
Basic ABAP knowledge for debugging purposes.
Experience in SAP reporting/dashboard development.
