Job description for SAP ABAP FI Developer at Tujuh Sembilan

Kualifikasi Teknis (Hard Skills) :

Memiliki pemahaman dasar hingga menengah mengenai alur bisnis di SAP Financial Accounting (FI):

- General Ledger (FI-GL)

- Accounts Payable (FI-AP)

- Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)

- Asset Accounting (FI-AA)

- Bank Accounting (FI-BL)

Memahami tabel-tabel utama/standar di modul FI (misal: BKPF, BSEG, BSAK, BSIK, BSAS, BSIS, FAGLFLEXA)

Pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun dalam pengembangan SAP ABAP.

Pemahaman mendalam mengenai siklus pengembangan RICEF:

- Reports: ALV (Object-Oriented & Classic).

- Interfaces: ALE/IDoc, RFC, BAPI (terutama BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST), PI/PO integration.

- Conversions: BDC, LSMW.

- Enhancements: User Exits, Customer Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework, dan BTE (Business Transaction Events)

- Forms: SmartForms, SAPscripts, atau Adobe Forms.

Pemahaman tentang konsep Substitutions (GGB1) dan Validations (OB28) di SAP FI.

Kemampuan analisis dump (ST22), performance tuning (ST05, SAT), dan penguasaan ABAP Debugger.

Tanggung Jawab:

- Melakukan pengembangan, pengujian, pemeliharaan, dan optimalisasi program SAP ABAP yang terkait dengan modul SAP FI meliputi General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), dan Bank Accounting (FI-BL).
- Mengembangkan dan melakukan enhancement objek RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, dan Forms) sesuai kebutuhan bisnis.
- Membuat dan mengembangkan report SAP menggunakan Classical ALV maupun Object-Oriented ALV.
- Mengembangkan serta memelihara integrasi sistem menggunakan ALE/IDoc, RFC, BAPI, dan integrasi dengan SAP PI/PO.
- Mengembangkan proses posting dokumen keuangan menggunakan standard maupun custom BAPI, termasuk BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST.
- Melakukan pengembangan program konversi dan migrasi data menggunakan BDC, LSMW, atau metode lain yang relevan.
- Memberikan dukungan teknis, maintenance, dan perbaikan terhadap sistem SAP yang berjalan.
- Memastikan seluruh pengembangan mengikuti standar SAP, best practice pengembangan, serta tata kelola sistem yang berlaku.
- Berpartisipasi dalam proses improvement dan pengembangan solusi untuk mendukung kebutuhan bisnis pada area Finance.
